I thought I'd learned this

Hey, here's another thing I wish I'd known (better) about motherhood.'

They learn and grow way too fast.

As if the pictures last week weren't enough evidence, I had a rough lesson on this about five minutes ago. I forget that he can move and get himself places now, and that led to a phone pulled down on his face and a somewhat bloody nose. I'm feeling really rotten about it right now, though he's recovered fabulously (thanks to Dixie and the computer keyboard).

To compensate, we will have another afternoon in the pool. Pictures to come later.
